Retail Media Sales Lead
Voyado is a fast-growing Swedish SaaS company, trusted by retailers and e-commerce businesses worldwide to deliver outstanding customer experiences. As we continue our exciting expansion, we’re launching new solutions that empower retailers to grow - and Retail Media is one of our most transformative areas yet. We are building out a Go-To-Market function for Retail Media, a growing value stream both for Voyado and our customers. This role will serve as the commercial architect of our Retail Media business: defining, structuring, and executing how we take the product to market across marketing, sales, product, and account management. The role In this highly strategic role, you'll act as a Center of Excellence for Retail Media and define and execute the GTM strategy. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, and act as an evangelist, both internally at Voyado and externally across the retail community. Some of the things you'll be up to
- Architect the GTM approach for Retail Media: positioning, messaging, launch readiness, and internal enablement.
- Understand Retail Media inside-out: how retailers monetize audiences, how this aligns with their P&L and overall growth strategy, and how to capture AdTech / Retail Media budgets beyond Voyado’s typical SaaS subscription motion.
- Build and manage lead funnels through targeted inbound and outbound campaigns; launch and optimize GTM engines by identifying ideal client profiles, developing business cases, and influencing product roadmaps.
- Run 360 sales processes, acting as the connector between retailers, suppliers, and agencies, aligning multiple stakeholders around shared goals and ensuring smooth, effective execution across all parties.
- Proven experience in GTM for new businesses or products in SaaS.
- An understanding of the Retail ecosystem.
- Ad-Tech experience, ideally with RTM experience
- Understanding of how retailers monetize data, media inventory, and budget.
- Deep commercial and operational acumen, and understanding of different pricing models and revenue streams.
- Are a skilled facilitator and relationship builder, able to align diverse stakeholders and drive transformation across teams.
- Excellent communication skills in spotless English; additional languages from our focus markets are meritorious.
