Technical Trainer

Walker Cole International are supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer based in North-West England with their search for a Technical Writer. This role will involve working cross-functionally across Manufacturing, QA, MS&T, IT/OT, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and future-ready digital manufacturing processes and SOPs.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, creation, and maintenance of Master Batch Records (MBRs) within the MES.
• Acting as the site champion for MBR design, collaborating with Manufacturing, QA, MS&T, CSV, and IT/OT teams.
• Gathering requirements and contributing to state diagrams, and master data updates.
• Supporting validation, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and end-user training activities.

The successful candidate will have:

• A Scientific, engineering, quality, or technical background with a HND, Degree of Master's level qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience working in cGMP manufacturing environments with exposure to computer systems and documentation oversight.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and master data management.
• Hands-on experience supporting validation and regulated IT/OT systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
