Senior Yardi Systems Administrator
Our global real estate client is looking for a Senior Yardi Systems Administrator who will be involved in enhancing and upgrading the Yardi platform; it meets business needs and operates efficiently including documenting processes, training needs and supporting Yardi across the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing
configuration, development, training and support on the Yardi Platform across
the organisation. This will encompass a suite of Yardi modules covering
Commercial, Residential, Construction and Leasing. There will be engagement
with our currently out-sourced Yardi support on the management of support
tickets. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent
communication and organisational skills, be adaptable, motivated to develop,
and have previous Yardi experience.
Analyse business requirements and processes to decide how they can be implemented or
improved within the Yardi Voyager system. Understand and establish business
requirements onto the Product team backlog for system improvements.
Lead support and configuration of Yardi for the requirements of the organisation. Maintain
security and access framework in the Yardi Platform, including but not limited to user
security, permissions and menus.
Manage the Level 1 support model (currently outsourced), which involves reviewing
escalated tickets and queries that come from the Yardi helpdesk. Oversee internal
helpdesk ticketing system for tasks managed and administered by Yardi Product team.
