Propositions Manager (GTM Focused)
📍 City, London | Hybrid (3 days/week in office – Tue & Wed mandatory)
We’re hiring a commercially sharp Propositions Manager to own the end-to-end launch of new and evolving propositions across a large-scale UK telco business.
This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, and customer experience, taking ideas from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation — with clear, measurable outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own GTM for new products and major changes across web & app (e.g. eSIM)
- Build and own business cases: revenue, cost, churn, CLTV
- Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys across the full lifecycle
- Turn customer insight, product vision, and CS feedback into a prioritised GTM backlog
- Partner closely with Product, Tech, Ops, CS, Legal/Compliance, Finance, and Data
- Lead launch planning, governance, UAT, go/no-go, rollout, and hypercare
- Track post-launch performance and iterate based on real commercial impact
What we’re looking for:
- Strong B2C GTM / product-commercial experience (must-have)
- Background in subscription businesses (highly preferred)
- Experience in regulated industries (telecoms ideal; fintech also relevant)
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL)
- Confident stakeholder manager who can push back and make data-led trade-offs
- Experience working in scale-up environments
