The Job Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Technology Solutions Product Team, supporting across all aspects of the HPE and Juniper business.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate great commitment, focus and excellent attention to detail, and ideally will have some basic administration experience but this is not essential for a candidate with the right attitude to learn.

This role offers a basic salary, plus the opportunity for commission.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintain all Technology Solutions product lines
  • Maintain EOL parts and proactive set up of new products
  • Part code creation
  • Managing of stock across BU’s, including ordering, allocation, aged stock reporting and promoting
  • Managing NCNR orders
  • NMC approvals
  • Order escalations
  • Transactional Price list – Maintain, update and modernise
  • Order Management queries
  • Invoice queries
  • Bundle completion – check back orders are fulfilled prior to bid expiring
  • Work with the claims team to ensure any queried claims are resolved
  • Booking in of CTO orders
  • Ensure invoicing of licence and care pack orders is up to date
  • Customer Service queries on RMA’s/ Credit Rebills etc.

  • Well organised and have good eye for detail and able to work well under pressure
  • Strong MS Office application skills
  • Effective and Confident Communicator – Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Analytical ability
  • Confident decision maker
