Digital Sales Leader

This role is hybrid based at our Bracknell office with some limited international travel.
What You'll Do
- Accelerate Digital Growth: Drive measurable increases in revenue and engagement through PartnerCentral , our flagship digital platform.
- Shape Global Strategy: Implement a consistent operating model for Blue Tier partners across regions, ensuring scalability and success.
- Empower Partners: Lead onboarding and enablement initiatives that make partners digitally confident and commercially active.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work with Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Product teams to deliver campaigns, insights, and platform improvements.
- Innovate & Improve: Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and enhance partner engagement processes.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in digital or inside sales leadership within a complex, multi-country B2B environment.
- Expertise in driving platform adoption and partner growth.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems (distribution, reseller, vendor).
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in IT distribution, familiarity with platforms like digital MarketPlace or Salesforce, and a background in digital transformation or analytics.
