Oracle Core HR SME/ Analyst
An Oracle Core HR SME is required by Whitehall Resources for a client based in London. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working environment, with 3 days a week expected on-site.
The successful candidate will take ownership of Oracle Core HR functionality across a large and complex organisation, supporting enhancements, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping payroll processes and delivering technology-driven outcomes within a modern HR systems environment.
* Please note, you will have to go through CTC Clearance, due to nature of client - this will involve detailed checks, and cover things such as previous convictions, addresses over the last 10 years, and time spent in the UK *
Do you have?
Strong hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Cloud Core HR?
Strong functional knowledge of UK HR processes, employment compliance, and best practices?
Experience in delivering functional enhancements and managing change processes?
The ability to translate business requirements into system solutions?
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative working style?
