Your Responsibilities

As Digital Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing data ingestion workflows via AEP Data Collection UI / Adobe Launch, mapping data to XDM schemas
  • Building and maintaining Unified Customer Profiles using Identity Service
  • Creating and activating audience segments with AEP Real-time CDP and Segment Builder
  • Enabling cross-channel audience activation by integrating with platforms such as Google Ads 360, DSPs, ESPs, and others
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting data flows from collection to activation
  • Designing and implementing audience strategies for personalization, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Working with marketing teams to define and optimize customer journeys and campaign KPIs
  • Building dashboards and calculated metrics in Adobe/analytics platforms for stakeholder reporting
  • Implementing and managing tags, SDKs, and tracking pixels using Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager
  • Supporting GDPR, consent management, and governance practices within AEP

Mandatory Skills

You will have a solid understanding of:

  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Launch, Google Ads 360, Tag Managers (GTM), ESPs, Analytics Tools
  • CDP data unification, identity stitching, segmentation, retargeting, personalization, journey orchestration
  • Campaign measurement (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS), audience performance tracking
  • XDM schema design, consent/governance, API-based integrations
  • Tagging/pixels, SDK implementation, segmentation logic, reporting dashboards

Desirable Skills

Ideally, you will be familiar with:

  • Integrating AEP with ad platforms (Google Ads 360, Facebook, DSPs), ESPs, and analytics tools
  • Leveraging AEP APIs for audience and data management workflows
  • Troubleshooting low match rates or sync delays with platforms by validating identity mappings, hashing, and consent alignment
  • Applying concepts like frequency capping, sequential conditions, and cross-channel journeys
