We focus on building long-term relationships based on trust, honesty, and recruitment expertise to meet the staffing needs of our clients across Kent, the Southeast.Division Focus You’ll operate within one of our specialist sectors such as Accounts & Finance, Business Support, IT & Digital, Engineering & Technical, Legal & Compliance, Sales, Construction, or Education – each served by dedicated teams of expert consultants Role Overview As a full-cycle (360) Recruiter, you will manage every stage of the recruitment process: from business development and client/job intake to candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement and invoicing. You will deliver both temporary and permanent assignments with equal confidence and precision.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pitch to prospective clients, securing new vacancies and business relationships.
- Conduct client intake meetings to understand hiring needs, job specifications, company culture, and logistics.
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals; manage screening calls, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain strong candidate experience and support through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring duty of care.
- Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for interviews, job fills, and revenue/invoicing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates by offering honest, transparent guidance.
- Collaborate with internal divisional colleagues to maximise cross-selling and knowledge sharing.
- Previous 360 recruitment experience, ideally within a specialist vertical (temp or perm).
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills; confident in client- and candidate-facing conversations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and communication abilities.
- Commitment to building trust through realistic advice, transparent feedback, and integrity.
- Hybrid role: typically, 1–2 days remote (from home), 3–4 days in-office.
- Flexibility to adapt to client or candidate needs, including occasional early mornings or evenings for interviews.
