• Lead a full 360° recruitment desk, managing business development, client relationships, and candidate delivery.
• Place senior technology and executive professionals in organisations driving innovation and industry transformation.
• Deliver £200k+ in annual billings through high-value placements.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting best practices and team growth.
• Identify and secure new business to expand market reach and influence.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven record of £200k+ annual billings in recruitment.
• Experience in technology, data/AI, or executive-level markets.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused.
