Senior Recruitment Consultant – Senior Technology & Executive Recruitment Location: London / HybridSalary: £35k – £45k + Uncapped Commission (OTE £150k+)About the Company An established recruitment consultancy is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join their London team. • Manage a full 360° recruitment desk, from business development to candidate placement.
• Work with senior stakeholders to deliver critical technology and executive hires.
• Consistently achieve £200k+ annual billings through strategic placements.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and building team capability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and influence.

Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will

• Have a proven record of £150k+ billings per year in recruitment.
• Bring experience in technology, data/AI, or executive search.
• Be highly self-motivated with strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach.
