What They're Looking For

• You’ve already hit high billing numbers (or have the track record and ambition to do so) in recruitment
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, closing, client management, candidate experience
• Strong relationships with clients or networks in specialist markets desirable, but not essential if you’re hungry & resourceful
• Self-starter, coachable, resilient. You see opportunity where others see risk.
• Entrepreneurial energy, you want ownership of your desk, your targets, your style
