Salary & Commission: Up to £40k doe + uncapped commission. Remote working option available for strong billers (£200k+ annually).

The Role
You will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within your specialist areas: sourcing clients, managing live requirements, mapping and headhunting candidates, placing talent and driving revenue.
You will focus on high-growth, high-value roles in technology, data, cyber security and SAP, and will work in partnership with hiring managers and clients to deliver outstanding service.
You’ll thrive in a target-driven environment, work 3 days per week in our Redhill office (with friendly, collaborative colleagues) and 2 days either from home or anywhere you like. For outstanding performers (with proven billing track record £200k+), we offer the flexibility of fully remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: business development (new clients + account management), requirement intake, candidate sourcing (direct sourcing, headhunting, adverts, networking), short-listing, interviewing, offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates across the fields of SAP, cyber security, data and technology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in hiring organisations (CTOs, Heads of Cyber Security, SAP Programme Leads, Data Directors).
- Hit and exceed revenue and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage job requisitions and provide weekly forecasting and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the team in the Redhill office on training, best practice, candidate engagement and brand building.
- Represent client at industry events, conferences, networking forums relevant to your specialist discipline.
Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) of 360 recruitment within technology, data, cyber security or SAP markets.
- A demonstrable track record of billing and placing roles in the above areas; pre-existing relationships with hiring managers and/or talent networks in these domains is highly desirable.
- Strong communicator, skilled at building relationships at all levels (from candidate to C-suite).
- Results oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage business development and delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise multiple assignments, manage deadlines and deliver high service levels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office suite and working with metrics & reporting.
- Full entitlement to work in the UK.
