IT Solutions Apprentice
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Software Support Apprentice. The role involves first-line support, answering calls, assisting clients, and learning our software to provide training and configuration support. An understanding of IT systems and software and the ability to problem-solve required.
Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of support, answering calls and responding to client queries in clear, professional English.
- Assist in providing technical and software support to clients and internal users.
- Learn and understand our software products in depth to provide effective user training and support.
- Create and manage system configurations as part of client setup and ongoing maintenance.
- Train users on how to use the software effectively and resolve basic technical issues.
- Log, track, and resolve support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the development and support teams to improve user experience and system performance.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write in fluent, professional English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to grasp new technologies and workflows quickly.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
Training
- Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship standard qualification.
- Online training supported by our dedicated tutors.
Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
