With strong early traction and exciting growth plans, they're now looking for a Marketing Specialist to support marketing strategy and execution as the business continues to scale.

Role Overview

This is a broad and hands-on marketing role where no two days are the same. The Marketing Specialist will work across demand generation, content creation, product marketing, and brand initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and founding team, this position offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline, and customer acquisition.
• Assist in managing campaigns across digital, paid, social, email, and event channels.
• Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with sales to design campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.
• Translate product features and customer insights into compelling marketing messaging.
• Help manage the company's online presence, ensuring consistent brand identity and tone of voice.
• Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, providing insights to improve results.
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers where required.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Broad understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimise marketing performance.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
