Service Desk Administrator

Our client is a well-established service provider and is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join their busy team. This is a genuine entry-level role, ideal for someone keen to learn, take responsibility, and build a long-term career.

Service Desk Administrator (Entry Level)

£22,500 – £26,400 per annum

Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Based in Edenbridge

Please note: the successful candidate will be required to pass background and security checks.

The Role:

• Logging and updating service requests
• Supporting the scheduling of field-based teams
• Communicating with customers by phone and email
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Providing general service desk and administrative support
• Learning all aspects of the service desk, with progression on the horizon

This role would suit someone who:

• Is starting their career or looking for their first office-based role
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Is organised, reliable, and comfortable using computer systems
• Communicates clearly and professionally

(No previous service desk experience required – full training provided.)
