  • Lead CRM strategy and marketing automation, ensuring segmentation, nurture journeys, and conversion performance are continuously optimised.

  • Produce compelling copy across ads, emails, landing pages, and thought-leadership content.

  • Own key marketing metrics: define KPIs, measure funnel performance, and provide clear insight to the leadership team.

  • Partner closely with sales to support pipeline targets, ensuring marketing activity converts into meaningful conversations.

  • Track market movements, competitor activity, and sector shifts to inform strategy.

What You Need As Head of Marketing:

  • CRM and automation expertise, with a comfort level in using data to steer decisions.

  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and presentation-building skills.

  • Confident in shaping brand identity and managing creative output.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with a hands-on mindset.

  • Analytical and performance-driven approach.
