Head of Marketing - Key Responsibilities:

Shape and deliver a data-driven marketing strategy designed to elevate brand presence, generate leads, and increase demo conversions.

Act as brand guardian, owning visual identity, messaging frameworks, and creative assets.

Build and execute multichannel B2B campaigns across digital, CRM, social, content, webinars, and events, with a sharp focus on the UK accountancy and FinTech audience.

Create strong narratives, presentations, and storytelling that communicate value and differentiate the product in a competitive landscape.

Lead CRM strategy and marketing automation, ensuring segmentation, nurture journeys, and conversion performance are continuously optimised.

Produce compelling copy across ads, emails, landing pages, and thought-leadership content.

Own key marketing metrics: define KPIs, measure funnel performance, and provide clear insight to the leadership team.

Partner closely with sales to support pipeline targets, ensuring marketing activity converts into meaningful conversations.

What You Need As Head of Marketing:

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, FinTech, or professional services.

A track record in top-of-funnel growth and ABM-style campaigns.

Strong understanding of the UK accountancy and financial technology ecosystem.

CRM and automation expertise, with a comfort level in using data to steer decisions.
