Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a driven, commercially sharp Sales Development professional who knows their way around SaaS sales and genuinely enjoys winning new business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the full sales process, from identifying opportunities and decision makers, to speaking with them, gaining their interest, and booking in demos with the team.
  • Proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Managing your pipeline end-to-end, keeping CRM data clean, accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborating with marketing and the wider team on sales and pitch materials.
  • Sharing performance updates and contributing to sales forecasting.
  • Getting stuck into plenty more as the business scales.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Development role with SaaS sales experience essential.
  • A keen interest in and experience of using social media - particularly LinkedIn.
  • Having contacts within the marketing world would be a bonus!
  • A strong track record of hitting targets and delivering commercial results.
  • Motivation to earn commission and be rewarded for performance.
  • Experience using CRMs and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Notes:

  • The salary advertised in the base salary DOE plus you will earn attractive commission on top of this!
  • This role is mainly remote, with occasional travel to Manchester for team meetings.
