This is a key leadership role where you will lead on enterprise scale optimisation and implementation projects for some of the largest global companies.

This role centres around customer experience, complex technical solutions and delivering the best client support possible.
A few of your key responsibilities:
- Delivering key strategic client pitches with the team
- Working directly with clients to deliver key components of technology solutions
- Providing thought leadership for marketing & sales support
- Driving continuous improvement and identifying additional opportunities for enhanced services
- Working closely with the architecture, tech and delivery teams
- Refine business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, test processes and release management
Qualifications and technical skills:
- Client facing consultancy or agency experience
- Extensive technical Sitecore experience and the ability to deliver Sitecore focussed solutions
- Stakeholder management and delivery of excellent customer experience
- Worked with C-suite level stakeholders and global companies
- The ability to deliver strategic insights and knowledge to clients
