Senior Sales – EMEA - Hybrid – Shoreditch + Weekly Client Meetings - £90k–£140k base + Double OTE (Uncapped Commission)

What you'll be doing
- Win new clients across scale-ups and lower enterprise markets
- Run full sales cycles: discovery → shaping solutions → SoW/proposals → negotiation → close
- Build relationships at C-suite and senior leadership level (CTO, CIO, COO, CDO, CFO)
- Drive partner co-sell motions and maintain robust pipelines with major hyperscalers and AI partners
- Generate demand through events, partner programmes, and targeted outreach
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
What you bring
- 10+ years selling IT professional services across the UK/EMEA
- Experience in a mid-sized consultancy environment
- Track record closing £250k–£500k+ multi-threaded deals
- Strong experience working with hyperscalers and AI ecosystem partners
- Skilled in complex procurement, offshore/nearshore delivery models, and solution selling
- Confident presenter and storyteller with a challenger mindset
- Highly organised, data-driven, and outcomes-focused
