Senior Enterprise Architect – PE-Backed Transformation

We are supporting a large-scale, private equity-backed transformation and are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and implement the target-state architecture for a newly standalone organisation.

Experience directing architecture in carve-outs, divestitures, M&A integrations, or major enterprise transformations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and shape the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic, operational, and regulatory objectives.
• Provide guidance across carve-outs, M&A integrations, and major transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, Cyber/Security, Data, and Network teams to deliver a coherent, scalable, and secure architecture.
• Influence and advise C-suite and senior programme leadership on architecture decisions and investment priorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture within complex, multi-system environments.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion is essential.
• Demonstrable success in carve-outs, or M&A transformations.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities at the executive level.
