Service Desk Analyst - Law Firm

Prestigious law firm looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to provide high-quality support to their lawyers, partners, and support staff across the business.

The Role:

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries. You'll play a key role in ensuring issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and with minimal disruption especially when dealing with time-sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff across the firm, including Partners and legal teams

• Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests via the firm's ticketing system

• Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and network access

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Windows 11

• Assist with user account management (Active Directory/365)

• Maintain a high level of customer service and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365

• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, remote access technologies (eg VPN, Citrix)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused, especially under pressure

• A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving

• Ability to support users at all levels, including senior stakeholders and partners
