Known for its ability to transform complex challenges into streamlined, high-performance solutions, it builds technology that feels less like machinery and more like foresight Description of the role: Travel to customer sites across the UK Install company hardware where required (tablets, tablet scanners, etc.) Configure the business system on-site (users, vehicles, workshops, sites, permissions, setup) Deliver hands-on training to mechanics, workshop managers, office staff, and drivers Ensure the customer is fully operational before leaving site Provide go-live day and post support Gather feedback and relay it directly to the development team Support customers in the first month post-installation with practical guidance This role suits someone who prefers: Working from home Being on the road Practical hands-on work Training people Seeing customers successfully adopt and use the system High-energy environments like workshops, depots, and transport yards About you: Very confident in face-to-face customer environments Strong SaaS onboarding experience (can be trained) Ability xkybehq to train end users with varied technical ability Problem-solving mindset Not management-focused
