Senior Commercial / GTM Lead – AI & Compliance

A rapidly growing AI firm in financial services is hiring a Senior Commercial / GTM Lead to drive its UK expansion. The company builds cutting-edge AI compliance solutions and is already partnering with major financial institutions across Europe.

What you'll do:

• Shape and execute the UK go-to-market strategy
• Lead consultative sales with banks and large FS organisations
• Own full-cycle B2B deals across compliance, legal, and operational teams
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and support European expansion

What we're looking for:

• Financial-services compliance consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of FS transformation & tech adoption
• Proven success managing long-cycle, strategic deals
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build from scratch
