MBAM Engineer

6 Month Contract

My client is looking for an MBAM Engineer to manage and support Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring across their organisation. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring all company devices remain securely encrypted, policy compliant, and fully recoverable when needed. They will take ownership of the MBAM platform, oversee daily operations, and work closely with security and engineering teams to maintain strong endpoint protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining the MBAM infrastructure

• Managing and optimising BitLocker policies and Group Policy settings

• Monitoring encryption status, device compliance, and reporting dashboards

• Troubleshooting MBAM and BitLocker issues across Windows clients

• Overseeing recovery key escrow processes, access control, and auditing

• Producing regular reports on encryption health and compliance

• Collaborating with security, desktop engineering, and support teams

• Ensuring smooth integration with SCCM and endpoint management tools

This position is ideal for someone with strong Windows engineering experience and a solid understanding of encryption technologies.
