MSP IT Support Engineer

Junior IT Support Engineer - MSP Helpdesk - Midlands-based LE10

Basic of £18500 - £22000 Depending on Experience

iNTALECT Ltd is a national company based in Hinckley, East Midlands. We are a growing company and are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer who is looking to advance their career and gain valuable experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

The role is varied but based within the helpdesk. You will be speaking with our customers and performing tasks such as desktop builds and configurations, and progressing into supporting customers and working on tickets.

The successful candidate will be:

Confident and brilliant on the phone. The Position is as much about excellent customer service skills as it is technical ability.

Someone who wants to learn and progress with their IT Career and be prepared to learn, complete training, and head towards their Microsoft Qualifications as well as other vendors we work with. We are working with leading Global brands. With a focus on the Microsoft M365 product set and Azure

Ideally, they have completed their IT Apprenticeship or have similar experience.

Being able to drive and have transport would be a benefit, but not essential for this role. But it is office-based at LE10

Other Skills required/working towards would be:

Any Microsoft Certifications

Work experience from an MSP or IT Department

Experience in using a helpdesk ticketing system / RMM

Other Prerequisites include ambition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to absorb new technical information and apply it to clients' business needs.
