🚀 Inbound Admissions Executive (B2B & Government Funded Skills)

iO-Sphere is a fast-growing EdTech company revolutionising technical careers in Data and AI. We don't just "teach courses"; we build immersive, scenario-based experiences that align directly with employer needs and government funding pools.

Due to sustained growth and demand for our regulated programmes, we are expanding our admissions team. We need a highly organised, process-driven, and commercially minded individual to manage applicant demand.

You will be managing a consistent pipeline of warm, inbound applicants.

The Role: Consultative Admissions & Process Management

This is a full-cycle inbound role where speed, accuracy, and empathy are key.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage a busy daily pipeline of warm inbound applications (8-10 per day).
  • Consultative Qualification: Quickly determine if an applicant is the right fit and meets the strict eligibility and suitability criteria for government funding. You are the guardian of quality.
  • Funnel Ownership: Guide applicants through the entire journey—from initial consultation and assessment to gathering compliance documents and finalising enrolment.
  • Efficiency & Compliance: This role sits at the intersection of sales and compliance. You must be detail-oriented to ensure all funding paperwork is accurate.
  • The Target: We are looking for consistent high performance. You will have a monthly enrolment target (approx. 15-20) that, when hit, unlocks significant commission.

  • Phase 1 (Months 0-6): Master the inbound machine. Become an expert on our products, funding rules, and consultative closing.
  • Phase 2 (Months 6-12+): Once you have proven you can close warm leads, you will have the option to move into proactive, upper-funnel B2B sales. This involves hunting larger commercial deals and corporate partnerships, unlocking higher commission tiers and strategic responsibility.

Who You Are

We are looking for an incredibly organised operator who enjoys high-paced work.

  • Experience: 1-2+ years in admissions, recruitment, or consultative sales. You are comfortable managing high volume without dropping the ball. This means 8-10 new leads per day, 50-60 dials, 10 video calls, emails, and whatsapps.
  • Process Driven: You understand that details matter. You can manage a CRM perfectly while ensuring complex compliance documents are correct.
  • Commercial & Empathetic: You can balance a commercial target with a genuine desire to help learners.
  • Ambitious: You want a role where you can master the basics quickly and have a clear pathway to senior sales roles within a year.

The Offer

  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Basic (Dependent on experience).
  • Commission: Realistic OTE of £55k - £65k in Year 1 (Uncapped).
  • Location: Based near Liverpool Street Station . We value our office culture and look for people to join us a few days a week to learn and collaborate, with remote flexibility the rest of the week.
