BDM – SaaS

Surrey Hybrid – 3 days in the office

£40-45k base + commission + benefits

Are you a skilled BDM who is looking to grow into an Account Manager, with a background in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based solutions

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS business with products used by hundreds of public and private sector organisations across the UK — including major names in healthcare, local government, housing, utilities, and professional services.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Use your skills as a BDM to grow and expand accounts
  • Drive renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities within your account base
  • Lead land-and-expand activity — deepening relationships and identifying new revenue streams
  • Sell the full SaaS platform and associated services to existing clients

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in a SaaS or subscription-based role
  • Ideally have technical sales or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success in renewals, retention, and upselling/ cross selling within existing accounts
  • Target-driven with a consultative, value-led sales style
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
