IT Support Technician – Configuration Team

Rate: £20.35(inside IR35) via UMB

Location: Hatfield, UK

Duration: ASAP - Feb 2026

Required: Eligibility to go through BPSS Clearance - British Passport holders

Join our growing Configuration Team as an IT Support Technician , providing technical support across multiple client projects. You’ll work with IT hardware, software, and bespoke systems while helping deliver large-scale configuration and deployment projects.

Responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and install IT hardware and software using detailed scripts
• Perform data input (25–50% of the role) with a high level of accuracy
• Consolidate consignments and prepare IT equipment for distribution
• Communicate progress clearly with supervisors and team leads
• Work to SLAs, targets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Shift Patterns available (your preference):

Morning Shift: 8am - 4pm

Day Shift: 4pm - 12am

Night Shift: 12am - 8am

Skills Required:

• IT background with hardware and component knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, team-oriented approach
• Must hold a British Passport and pass BPSS clearance
