Renewals Account Manager
Role Overview
The Renewals Account Manager will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the customers that sit within their portfolio of customers to renew, are renewed within four months of their renewal date. This will include, but not limited to:
Being part of a comprehensive and formal ‘Gated’ handover process from the CS department to Renewals at the ‘four months from renewals’ stage based on the CS health-scores.
Delivering the NRR and GRR requirements on a monthly basis of the customers that are passed to the Account Manager to provide and deliver the solutions that are required within the role
To hold professional high quality renewal meetings
To send appropriate, professional, and high-quality renewal preproposals
Closing the customer within the four-month renewal window, and as earliest as possible within that window
Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records through our clients CRM applications.
Deliver timely weekly reports, to a professional level to the Renewals Team Managers and Sales and Marketing Director.
Identify and deliver upsells
Successfully handover customers back to the CS team once renewed
The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with customers and is highly self motivated.
Role Requirements:
This role is a mid-level management position within the business which requires an ambitious self-starter who’s comfortable managing their workload to deliver results. You’ll have to be quick on the draw with the ability to think on your feet but will have the support of a team of experts to guide you, get you up to speed and develop you.

Essential
• 3+ years proven Account Management with a strong steer towards renewals experience
• Evidence of previous success and clear strategy as to how to build effective relationships
• Organisational skills
• Professional and credible
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
