As E-commerce Manager, you will be the owner of our Shopify ecosystem. You will ensure our sites are fast, flawless, conversion-optimised, and constantly improving.
You'll work closely with Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, Creative teams, and external developers to turn traffic into revenue - while maintaining an extremely high standard of execution.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where ideas, execution, and ownership are equally important.
- Own end-to-end e-commerce performance across all Shopify storefronts (US, UK, EU), ensuring flawless execution, best-in-class UX, site speed, and conversion performance
- Define and execute e-commerce strategy across ripple+ zero nic and ripple+ home, tailoring site experience, merchandising, and landing pages by product category, campaign, and traffic source in partnership with marketing
- Run regular full-site audits to identify and resolve UX friction, checkout issues, tracking gaps, and mobile vs desktop inconsistencies; maintain documentation and QA checklists
- Own end-to-end delivery of new site builds, acting as the internal lead across designers, developers, and stakeholders to ship on time, on brief, and with zero critical issues
- Own and grow marketplace channels with a focus on Amazon and TikTok Shop, ensuring optimised, on-brand, conversion-led listings, PDPs, pricing, merchandising, and availability
- Support and optimise retail-connected platforms including Walmart, Walgreens, and future partners, maintaining DTC-level performance and quality standards
- Lead CRO across all sites through structured testing of landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, and traffic-source funnels using A/B and multivariate frameworks
- Own implementation and testing of e-commerce software, CRO tools, analytics, tracking, and personalisation solutions with clean Shopify and stack integrations
- Own performance reporting across conversion rate, AOV, revenue by site and region, funnel and page-level performance; translate insights into clear actions and share regular updates with leadership and marketing
- 3+ years experience in DTC ecommerce
- Deep experience managing Shopify stores
- Proven CRO and experimentation experience
- Experience working across multiple regions or storefronts
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of analytics and attribution
