We’re looking for client-focused Account Managers to build strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value law firms and estate agents. You’ll support clients in getting maximum value from the platform, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure each partnership continues to thrive.
If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with clients, and making technology work better for people, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What you’ll do
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of law firms and professional services businesses, ensuring they receive high-quality support and measurable value.
- Deliver structured onboarding and product training so clients can confidently use the Verify365 platform.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to help clients benefit from the full product suite.
- Monitor client engagement, analyse key usage data, and provide monthly performance insights.
- Proactively address issues or risks that may affect client satisfaction or retention.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate extensions to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to share client feedback, support continuous improvement, and align on strategy.
- Represent Lawtech at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as needed.
About you
- Experience in account management, client success, or relationship management, ideally within SaaS, LegalTech, or PropTech.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining trusted professional relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience in contract renewals, retention, and account growth.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to deliver training and explain complex information in an accessible way.
- Organised and methodical, comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Data-informed approach, using insights to guide decisions and demonstrate value.
- Knowledge of AML compliance, legal workflows, or conveyancing processes is an advantage but not essential.
- Curious, adaptable, and proactive, with a genuine interest in LegalTech innovation and client success.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary of £35,000 plus commission for client retention and account growth.
- 25 days’ holiday (increasing with service), pension, and flexible benefits.
- Opportunities for professional development and clear career progression.
- A collaborative working environment that values diverse perspectives and working styles.
- The opportunity to represent a UK-based LegalTech innovator developing its own products and expanding internationally across Europe, North America, and beyond.
At Lawtech, we’re building technology that empowers professionals to work smarter and more confidently.
If you’re someone who values meaningful client relationships and enjoys helping others succeed through technology, we’d love to hear from you — apply today.
