The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll report to the Accounts Director and work with a team of three Account Managers to act as the voice of the client. You will build strong client relationships, provide technical guidance, champion client needs internally, and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships through regular engagement.
- Provide technical consultation and tailored IT solutions.
- Advocate for clients internally and support contract renewals.
- Drive revenue growth and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Support compliance initiatives, including GDPR and Cyber Essentials.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, proposals, and client communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B account management, client services, or service desk roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Numerate and confident discussing pricing and financials.
- Proactive, energetic, and client-focused.
- Familiarity with IT systems and managed services.
