IT Engineers

Job Title: IT Engineer - Laptop Deployment MUST HAVE a valid NPPV clearance or previously been NPPV cleared Location: Portsmouth (Onsite - 5 days per week) or Basingstoke Rate: £180 per day (Inside IR35)Duration: Contract 2- 3mth

Overview: We are looking for 2 IT Engineers to support a high-volume laptop Windows 11 deployment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced rollout initiative as part of a collaborative and supportive IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deployment of laptops to end users, including configuration and setup.

Providing support to resolve basic IT issues during deployment.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Escalating complex issues to 2nd line support where necessary.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in 1st line IT support or device deployment

Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 build issues ,Windows OS, Windows 10/11, Account problems, MDM & InTune enrolments, Application Installs and VPN Connectivity, etc.

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to support users with varying levels of technical understanding
