Sales Support Administrator and Office Manager - Onsite

Role: Sales Support Administrator and Office Manager

Reports to: Sales Manager

Sales Support

  • Work alongside the sales team to generate and process customer quotes and orders, including product licensing and helpdesk invoicing.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure they get best value and quality of service.

Renewals

  • Keep the renewals database up to date, adding new products and contracts, and quoting customers for expiring products.
  • Manage the renewal of our Microsoft 365 subscriptions and ensure they are aligned with the passthrough agreements signed by customers.
  • Help to create an efficient and quality customer experience by managing warranty and licence renewals.
  • Follow up with customers and prospects on outstanding renewals.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve renewals processes and performance.

Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office cleanliness and ensure staff contribute to a happy and healthy environment.
  • Ensure a professional-looking environment is maintained for staff and customers, encouraging staff participation in maintaining standards.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, consumables, and furniture, ensuring communal areas (meeting rooms, drinks fridge, stock room, etc.) are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Maintain the stock room by tracking, labelling, and storing all incoming items tidily and accurately, with regular tidying and accountability for all items.
  • Ensure all goods in and out of the office are properly tracked, labelled, and recorded, with accurate documentation of deliveries, shipments, and associated costs.
  • Handle courier bookings and follow correct processes for goods in and goods out.
  • Liaise with external vendors, contractors, service providers, customers, and suppliers to support business operations and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff, including regular checks and reporting.
  • Manage the relationship with the cleaner.
