What we’re looking for: 3+ years’ IT Service Management experience in an ITIL v3/v4 environment. 1+ year in Service Design or Service Transition. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, Service Design methodologies, and project frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills. ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or above). Experience in financial services, Data Governance, or cloud (Azure, M365, SaaS) would be an advantage.
