MainPurposeofthejob: TechLead-PowerPlatform Youwillberesponsibleforworkingwithbusinessstakeholdersandthedevelopmentteamtodesign,buildanddeliveraseriesofhigh-qualitysolutionstosupportouradoptionofPowerAppsinthecouncil.Youllbehighlyexperienceddesigning,developing,andmaintainingsolutionsutilisingMicrosoftPowerPlatform,whilstalsohavingexperienceofcoredevelopmentlanguagesandprinciples.Thisisagreatopportunitytoworkinanexcitingenvironment,buildingandimprovingapplicationswhichmakearealimpactinhowourservicesfunction,andultimatelyimprovingthelivesforourresidents. AsaSeniorSoftwareDeveloperyouwillhave:TechLead-PowerPlatform DemonstrableexperienceofthewholedevelopmentlifecycleforMicrosoftPowerPlatform. PassionforMicrosoftPowerApps,PowerAutomate,PowerBIandPortals. ExperiencewiththemigrationofexistingbusinesssolutionsfromoldertechnologytoPowerApps. Experienceworkingwithinternalstakeholderstocapturerequirementsandturnthemintosolutionsforimplementation. KnowledgeofestablishingPowerPlatformenvironments,users,licenses,capacitymanagement,andbackuppolicies. EstablishedstrongPowerAppspracticesandstrategiestooptimizeperformance,security,andscalability. Producedusabletechnicaldocumentationanduserguidesforyourapplications. DevelopedPowerBI(BusinessIntelligence)reportsanddashboards. SupportedtrainingotherteammembersintheuseofPowerApps,includingpairprogramming,mentoring,etc. SupportUATwithbusinessusers,capturingandreportingdefectsforreviewandremediation. Strongexperienceofapplicationbuildingandarchitecturaldesign. Experienceworkingwithproductmanagementtodefineandrefinerequirements,establishingtheMVPofthesolution,minimisingtechnicaldebt.
