TechnicalAdministratorPurposeofJobResponsibleforprovidingtechnically-focusedclerical,administrativeandITsupportforthehousingassetmanagementservice,inordertosupporteffectiveservicedeliverytoresidentsandcorporateclients. TechnicalAdministratorMaindutiesandresponsibilitiesCarryoutarangeofgeneralofficeadministrativesupporttasksincludingmaintainandmanagediaries,prepareagendas,arrangemeetingsandtakeaccuratetechnically-appropriateminutesasdirected,collaterelevantdocumentation,ensuringtimelyproductionanddistributionandfollowupactionwhererequired. TechnicalAdministratorAssistwiththecollectionoftechnicaldataandperformanceindicatorsfromstaff,contractors,otherdepartments,stakeholders,consultants,residentsandprovidecontractadministrationsupportensuringthatrecordsareaccurateandup-to-date. TechnicalAdministratorAccuratelyinput,interrogate,updateandmonitordataforthedepartmentsadministrativeandITsystems.AssistinthecollationofallrelevantinformationrequiredbytheHomeOwnershipUnit. TechnicalAdministratorDealwithtechnicalserviceenquiriesfromthepublic,contractors,consultants,otherdepartments,externalbodiesandstakeholdersandensureappropriateinformationisforwardedtotherelevantofficerwherenecessary;recordcomplaints,closelymonitorandtakeactiontoensuretheservicemeetstheCouncilsresponsecriteria. Underdirectionberesponsibleforthepreparationandadministrationofallaspectsoftenderdocumentationincludingpackaging,sendingoutandreceivingtendersinaccordancewiththeCouncilsStandingOrdersandprocedures. TechnicalAdministratorResponsibleforrecordingandmanagingthereceiptandissueofkeysandFOBS,orderingkeyswhereappropriateandassistinginprovidingaccesstoproperties. Activelyparticipateinidentifyingtechnicalandcustomer-focusedimprovementsinservicedeliveryandsupportthetrainingofothermembersoftheteamasrequired.Ensureatalltimeswhilstcarryingoutyourdutiesduediligenceisgiventocustomercareandexcellentservicedelivery TechnicalAdministratorCarryoutalldutieswithdueregardtotheprovisionsofhealthandsafetyregulationsandlegislation ...
