onsite Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital Fulfilment/OMS Sterling product team. This role supports both Retail and Supply Chain functions and partners closely with the Supply Chain and Digital teams. You will work end-to-end across requirements, solution design … potential cross-regional joint delivery. Experience Required Strong background in Order Management Systems , ideally Sterling OMS (or comparable OMS platforms). Experience in omnichannel retail environments.
