Develop,monitorandmaintainprojectplanswhichidentifythecriticalpathandrequiredresources,guidingandmanagingteamstodeliveragainsttheprojectplans. Buildeffectiverelationshipswithstakeholdersandprojectsponsorstoachieveprojectoutcomes,ensuringexcellentcommunicationstosupportdelivery. Communicateprogrammeandprojectprogress,risks,andoutcomes,addressingchallengescollaboratively.Identify,assessandmanageprojectrisks,workingwithstakeholderstoensurefullunderstandingoftheriskportfolio.Manageissuesandproblem-solvetoovercomebarrierstoprojectsuccess.
