. A chance to work with a leading global IT transformation business on a large-scale Government project: Leading the migration from BMC Remedy to BMC Helix SaaS ITSM environment. Design, build + migration for an end-to-end BMC Helix ITSM solution covering Incident, Problem, Change, Release … approval workflows. Acting as technical escalation point, monitoring platform health + managing upgrades/patches. Other Tasks: BMC Helix iPaaS/Integration Service, AR System workflows, Filters, Escalations, Active Links + Smart IT configuration. Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash for automation tasks.
