Engineer You will: Lead the support, monitoring, maintenance, and development of operational communications systems using ITIL best practices. Manage incidents, service requests, changes, problems, capacity management, and lifecycle management of communications infrastructure. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers and direct reports. Undertake line management duties including workload allocation, performance management, leave management, and staff development. Lead documentation, disaster recovery, business continuity, innovation, and procurement activities.
