Service Delivery Manager We are looking for a strong Service Delivery Manager (SDM) who will be responsible for delivering Technology services to internal business units; driving consistent (SLA governed) service delivery, building a collaborative and honest customer-supplier relationship and delivering timely, accurate and high quality MI reporting. This will be a key role in the Service Delivery management structure … a well structured manner, manage Stakeholder expectations and ensure they are always in the loop.
