1st Line Support Engineer– Coventry We're excited to be partnered with a successful and well-known customer who are looking for support with unboxing and rolling out of 120 desk office set up. Primary day to day responsibilities: Perform IMAC's on 120 desk – 2 monitors, 1 keyboard & 1 mouse … and connectivity. Perform scripted PC builds when required. Essential Experience: Extensive experience within a technical support environment Experience setting up large amounts of hardware. Previous experience in 1st line support roles Experience testing networking delivery Exceptional communication The role will require the successful 1st Line Support Engineer to work at their Coventry site for the duration of the contract working Onsite 5 days per week.
