C on Bare Metal, but there is opportunity to do some RTOS development. You will be using PIC microcontrollers as well as Microchip's Cortex based devices. The product uses a range of communication protocols. Experience with as many of the following would be advantageous: RS232, SPI, I2C, CAN … bus, Ethernet, Modbus.
