Perform security policy changes, firewall rule modifications, NAT and routing updates across Check Point, Fortinet, and/or Palo Alto platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, performance, and security-related issues. Respond to alerts, incidents … and service requests in line with defined SLAs, escalating where necessary. Conduct regular health checks and maintenance on firewall appliances and supporting infrastructure. Accurately document changes, incidents, and resolutions using internal ticketing systems.
