IT Support Engineer | Cardiff | 6 - Months My customer is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join on a 1st/2nd line support basis to ensure business continuity. The successful candidate will be able to provide day to day IT support to onsite and remote users. Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer: Handling day-to-day 1st/2nd line support including password resets and phishing/security queries. Manage and resolve walk-up requests, ensuring timely and effective service. Onboard new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues including printers. Working with Group Policies and transitioning to Intune. Delivering clear, friendly communication to … users at all levels. Handling License and Asset management. Technical skills and experience of the IT Support Engineer: Proficiency with the Microsoft stack, including Office 365 (administration and support).
