A leading tech client of ours is currently in the market for a Microsoft 365 Migration Consultant to work within a new project. You will be responsible for Lead design and execution of migration processes using tools (ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, Metalogix, BitTitan, Binary Tree, Mover, Migration Manager, HCW, PST import/export). Key Responsibilities: Analyse … file server data to identify ROT content and map structures to Microsoft 365 destinations. Conduct pre/post-migration checks (data integrity, permissions, access, mail flow). Plan and manage migration waves to minimize downtime. Configure/manage hybrid Exchange environments and coexistence (ADFS, Azure AD Connect, HCW). Troubleshoot migration issues (mail flow, directory sync, Outlook … compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO 27001). Drive user readiness and adoption through stakeholder and change management engagement. Provide escalation support during critical phases and post-migration hypercare.
