Translate business requirements into actionable insights and documentation. Support the Delivery Manager in driving roadmap progress and aligning with business objectives. Experience Required Proven track record as a Business Analyst within digital or customer-facing programmes. Experience working on loyalty programmes or similar multi-partner propositions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
